At Breaking The Barrier, we want you to feel empowered in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged apparel. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your journey, we are committed to making the resolution process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the reusable shipping bag and include the printed packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
